Gabe Jeudy-Lally & Keenan Pili Tackle Transferring to Tennessee

Two of the newest transfers to Tennessee’s football team, linebacker Keenan Pili and cornerback Gabe Jeudy-Lally unpack their decisions to join the team. The former BYU teammates open up about their experiences in the portal and reflect on their wildly different memories of playing in Neyland Stadium against the orange and white. Keenan shares his goal as one of the mature teammates, to both mentor and learn from the younger Vols. Cherishing the family-like bond they had with their former team, the two talk about their aspirations to recreate that dynamic and immerse themselves in their new unit. Gabe tackles his take-aways from spring training, revealing plans to connect with different players and learn about their strengths and styles, so he can become a strong communicator on the field. The former Cougars open up about what compelled them to come to Rocky Top and the best first dates they’ve each had.
